Visión general:
Production Supervisor is responsible for managing human resources, materials and equipment related to production, safety and quality for the molds area.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Perform the daily operations of production according to the demand of production, define priorities and sequencing at the production area.
- Support all the EHS programs and activities in order to reduce and eliminate safety incidents in the area.
- Check the quality of the products in each of the manufacturing cells or machines.
- Coordinate with the maintenance department for the preventive and corrective maintenance of the equipment in charge.
- Maintain the 5´s program at the area.
- Supervise the personnel in charge and evaluate their performance.
- Ensure that the personnel in charge of them comply with quality and safety procedures to meet the quality requirements and to maintain the physical integrity of the workers.
- Ensure and collaborate in the development and training of the personnel in charge according to the programs established by Human Resources and rest of the areas.
- Supervise the inspection of the parts produced.
- Encourage and support Continuous Improvement in your area (Six sigma, smart teams, kaizen, lean manufacturing).
- In charge to look for improvements in the assigned area, such as: line balancing, time cycle studies, etc.

Requisitios:
Education: Engineering IMA, IME, II. Or similar

Knowledge: experience leading a group of people (10-15), high commitment, and focus in meet objectives.

Experience: 2 years (minimum)

Languages: Advanced English
