Descripción General

El adminsitrador de infrastructura de IT es responsable de las actividades relacionadas al soporte de los sistemas de comunicación de datos y voz, soporte a usuarios e implementación de nuevas tecnologías en las unidades de negocios. Asi como llevar el correcto rastreo de los activos de IT.

Funciones Principales

1. Monitoreo de equipo físico para detector daños y defectos para reemplazo

2. Llevar inventario y control de los equipos de computo y de redes

3. Dar soporte técnico a los usuarios y departamentos.

4. Soporte para la implementación física de nuevos sistemas y equipos

5. Soporte regional a unidades de negocios

6. Instalación y configuración de equipos de computo

7. Seguridad de la información

Habilidades requeridas

1. Experiência en solución de problemas de hardware y software

2. Conocimientos en cableado estructurado y redes

3. Técnicas de resolución de problemas lógicos

4. Ingles leido y escrito

5. Excelente actitud de servicio
