1. Planning and Preparation
- Define project scope
- Establish schedule and allocate resources
- Set and manage budget
2. Coordination and Monitoring
- Oversee new product launch schedules (e.g., PPAP, SORP)
- Oversee SORP programs
- Control supply chain Management (procurement and logistics)
- Coordination through each relevant teams
3. Lead customer meetings and report progress
- Lead customer meetings and report progress
- Facilitate collaboration among engineering, production, purchasing, and quality teams
- Resolve issues and prioritize actions
4. Risk Management and Problem Solving
- Identify risks (delays, quality issues, material shortages, etc.)
- Develop contingency plans through relevant teams
- Track and resolve issues in real time
5. Performance Management
- Ensure customer satisfaction and drive improvements
6. Required Competencies
- Project Management Skills: Control schedule, cost, scope, and risks simultaneously
- Communication Skills: Collaborate effectively with diverse departments and customers
- Problem-Solving Skills: Quickly resolve unexpected production/quality issues
- Data Analysis Skills: Use productivity, quality, and cost metrics for decision-making
- Leadership & Negotiation: Lead teams and negotiate conditions with customers/suppliers
