Are you a Store Manager or have you had experiences as a Vice/Assistant Store Manager? Are you a Sales figure coming from the commercial/Retail sector and know how to use social media?_
At Kids&Us, we are the spark that ignites in new generations the desire to discover the world through their own senses. We passionately commit ourselves daily to change the English language education landscape, building a world full of impactful educational experiences.
We are expanding with our schools because we believe that children deserve the best in English language education. For this reason, we have an ambitious expansion plan that involves the opening of **La Comer.**
As a director, we will provide you with all the necessary training tools to further develop your skills in sales, facility and personnel management, customer service, and economic aspects.
**_ You will be responsible for:_**
- Supervising all daily operations and 360° management of the center in Kids&Us, both from a commercial and academic point of view.
- Being responsible for increasing sales through the implementation of specific sales strategies, frequently monitoring our sales KPIs.
- Welcoming customers and building relationships with parents, as well as providing customer consulting activities and activities involving families.
- Collaborating with the Marketing Office of the main headquarters to increase brand awareness, credibility, and market share in favor of Kids&Us.
**_ Profile_**
- Ability to plan activities;
- Excellent skills in customer consulting and building commercial relationships;
- Previous experience in Commercial or Retail as a sales consultant, Sales Manager, Team Leader, Store/School Manager or Vice/Assistant Store Manager;
- Ability to manage and motivate our teachers.
- Good knowledge of English (B1/B2).
