- A leading financial institution is seeking a **Director of Passive Operations** with a strong focus on control, operational efficiency, and leading multidisciplinary teams. This position reports directly to the Director of Operations and Processes and is responsible for two deputy directors and the operation of branches nationwide.
- He will be responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance, the correct execution of processes related to **passive operations, SPEI control, reconciliations, order and internal control**, promoting continuous improvement and standardization of operational processes.
-**JOB**_DESCRIPTION_**:
**Supervise and coordinate the execution of passive operations** processes, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Ensure the **efficient and secure operation of SPEI systems**, reconciliations, and cash flows.
- Design and implement **internal controls and performance metrics (KPIs)** for the areas under your responsibility.
- Ensure **accounting accuracy** and the correct integration of information between operational and accounting areas.
- Coordinate the work of the **sub-directorates and branches**, promoting standardization and continuous improvement.
- Follow up on **operational incidents, audits, and regulatory observations**, ensuring their timely resolution.
- Promote a culture of **compliance, order, and operational efficiency**.
- Develop and implement strategies to **optimize processes and reduce operational risks.**
- Collaborate closely with the Operations and Processes Management on **operational transformation projects**.
- To foster a positive work environment and the **professional development of the teams under their charge.**
**THE**_PROFILE_** WE ARE LOOKING FOR**:

- **Requirements**
- **Academic background**: Industrial Engineering, Financial Engineering, Systems Engineering or related field.
- **Minimum experience**:

5 years in **Passive Operations** (preferably in banking).
- 3 years in **Accounting Operations**.
- 3 years in **Traditional Banking Operations**.
Experience leading teams and management areas.
- Solid knowledge of **banking operational processes, SPEI, internal controls and financial regulations.**
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and operational management tools.
