Right now, we are looking for **a ODM Specialist** to join our team at Globant

- What would help you succeed:_
- Experience in **Java 8**:

- Being capable of collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and understand business rules and requirements.
- Experience in translating business rules into decision tables, rule flows, and decision trees within IBM ODM.
- Experience in implementing and integrating IBM ODM solutions with existing systems and databases.
- Being capable of troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner, ensuring high system availability and performance.
- **Advanced English (B2+)**
