**Your Day-to-Day**
- Answer and manage inbound calls from U.S. clients.
- Record client information with accuracy and detail.
- Support the team with complex cases when needed.
- Stay professional, calm, and helpful under pressure.
**What You Bring**
- Bilingual fluency in English & Spanish (spoken and written).
- At least 1 year of customer service experience.
- Strong listening and communication skills.
- Professional, patient, and detail-oriented.
- Admin or call center experience is a plus.
