Regionally, the role supports the timely and quality preparation of tax compliance within the region by ensuring complete and accurate information is provided to tax preparers ensuring that the tax returns process is visible and detailed.

**Core Responsibilities**:

- Support US & Canadian monthly tax compliance with reporting, reconciliation, and validation of tax returns.
- Implement and maintain tax data quality policies and standards to ensure accuracy and consistency in tax-related data.
- Collaborate with data owners and tax specialists to enforce tax data governance practices and responsibilities.
- Build and maintain data transformation processes for tax-related data to prepare it for analysis and reporting.
- Design tax-specific data validation checks to ensure compliance with tax regulations and avoid inaccuracies in tax reporting.
- Build and maintain tax-specific dashboards and reports in Power BI to provide timely and accurate tax-related insights to partners.
- Perform data analysis to identify tax trends, potential tax-saving opportunities, and tax-related risks.

Do you have what it takes?
- 3+ years experience of relevant tax experience.
- Experience in implementing internal controls related to tax processes.
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Accounting or Finance, CPA, JD
- Ability to work independently to drive successful completion of projects, compliance objectives, and identification of operational improvements
- Previous experience with SAP, Blackline, Alteryx
- SAP and Microsoft Office
- English fluent level
