Ensure Engineering Procedures are followed in the manufacturing process, ensure proper documentation is available to interested parties during regular production or introduction of new products., ensures proper product changes notifications and Engineering Change Noticed are properly communicated to production and quality departments. ME-II ensures the best equipment/tools are used for each process in order to ensure customer requirements are complied according to customer specifications.

Principal requirements:
Engineering Degree -Industrial, Mechanical Engineer, Robotics (Automatization) - Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Electronic Engineering.

Fluent English (professional)
- Five (5) years of relevant experience, preferably in similar industry
- Able to read electrical schematics and basic mechanical drawings.
- Experence using Visual Factory.
- Experience using CAD or CAM software
- Experience with ERP systems (preferably SAP) and setting manufacturing routings.
- Experience in testing of low voltage panels and assemblies
- Experience in testing of low voltage panels and assemblies

Required skills:
1. Knows Problem Solving Methodologies (8D, Action Plans, 5 Whys, PDCA).

2. Knowledge and experience on Lean Manufacturing principles implementation (RBS).

3. Green Belt / Black Belt en Six Sigma - Preferred

4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

5. Molding / Mechanical Assembly/ Assembly process Knowledge and experience (CNC, Extrusion, Assembly lines, Resins and Plastics, Welding).

6. Molding Machine/Mechanical/Electrical Assembly tools and equipment knowledge.

7. Microsoft tools (Project, SAP, Microsoft Power Point, Excel, etc.)

8.Organized, Project driven mindset.
