Payroll & Individuals Analyst

Propósito de la posición: Gestionar y ejecutar de manera precisa y oportuna los procesos de nómina y obligaciones fiscales de personas físicas, asegurando el cumplimiento de normativas laborales y fiscales vigentes, así como la generación de reportes confiables que apoyen la toma de decisiones de los clientes.

Estudios y experiência previa Licenciado en Contaduría Pública, Administración o carrera afín. Mínimo 2-3 años de experiência en procesos de nómina, seguridad social y/o impuestos de personas físicas.

Responsabilidades clave
**Calcular y procesar nómina de manera puntual, incluyendo incidencias, variables y prestaciones.**
Asegurar el cumplimiento en materia de IMSS, INFONAVIT, SAT y demás obligaciones relacionadas.
**Preparar y presentar declaraciones de impuestos de personas físicas.**
Generar reportes de nómina y obligaciones fiscales de forma clara y oportuna.
**Brindar atención y resolución de dudas a clientes y colaboradores en temas de nómina y contribuciones individuales.**
Mantener actualizada la documentación y expedientes de los empleados y clientes. **Apoyar en auditorías laborales, fiscales o de seguridad social cuando sea requerido.** Proponer mejoras en los procesos de nómina y administración de impuestos de personas físicas. Habilidades y aptitudes
**Conocimiento sólido de legislación laboral, fiscal y de seguridad social.**
Manejo de sistemas de nómina (Nomipaq, SUA, IDSE, entre otros).
**Excel intermedio (tablas dinámicas, fórmulas de análisis).**
Organización, atención al detalle y cumplimiento de plazos.
**Comunicación clara y orientación al servicio.**
Capacidad analítica y de resolución de problemas.
**Proactividad y disposición para el trabajo en equipo.**
