**Description**

**The Opportunity**

A Controlling & Planning Specialist is responsible for financial planning and analysis, improving processes, monitoring performance, coordinating with stakeholders, and analyzing data to support strategic decision-making. Their main mission is to provide accurate financial insights and ensure the efficiency of the organization's financial processes.

- Month-end Closure
- Reporting & Accounting

**Your Background**
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance and Accounting or Business Administration
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Accounting, Finance or Controlling. Experience of working in a service delivery model environment
- 4 years of FP&A Project experience
- Robust process understanding from the content and technical (IT) perspective
- Good understanding of business set-up and interconnections
- Ability to interact with Process stakeholders at various levels
- Good communication and skills
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills, as well as proven ability to prioritize tasks
- Demonstrated ability to achieve objectives, focus on detail,s and good analytical skills
- Detail-oriented, structured
- Technical skills
- Strong MS Office skills
- Proficient in IT systems: ERP (SAP desirable), Planning & Reporting tools, and integrated solutions
- Understanding of end-to-end process, systems, and data flows across the organization at the business and finance side
- Language skills: Fluent in English
