**About the role**:
Lead new analysis projects to build and improve the tools and use of data to inform people-related decisions (HR, Recruiting, Diversity, Equity Analytics) for a top client

**Main Requirements**:

- 3+ Years of experience in **Business Intelligence**, Data Analyst or similar roles, proficient with **Power BI**:

- Experienced with **Python** or **R** language, **SQL** and **ETL** pipelines and **data visualization** tools (Tableau or equivalent)
- Able to understand people and team needs and to handle confidential data
- Excellent English communication, interpersonal, organizational and presentation skills
