- Realice la identificación temprana de problemas, el seguimiento y la resolución para garantizar el liderazgo del segmento.
- Proporcionar una comunicación clara y oportuna a la gestión de calidad en relación con los problemas de calidad.
- Lanzamiento principal y actividades actuales de resolución de problemas del producto.
- Implemente entregables de calidad de acuerdo con el tiempo de desarrollo planificado.
- Trabaje con el equipo del producto para identificar y recopilar actualizaciones de estado críticas para las revisiones de calidad.
- Facilitar las reuniones de revisión de calidad y la integridad de los materiales de presentación.
- Soporte del Equipo de Ejecución del Programa (PET) con información de análisis de calidad.
- Ayudar a facilitar las reuniones del equipo del programa Pre-PIT / CPIT.
- Proporcione un análisis detallado de cada problema a los campeones para su resolución y aborde agresivamente los problemas, incluidos los reclamos de garantía / CTF / CVEP / DTC / TAC / JDP / etc.
- Analizar, proyectar y rastrear la garantía y la información de la encuesta al cliente.
- Apoyar el desarrollo del proceso y las plantillas de planificación de calidad global.
- Soporte de inmersiones profundas de calidad / revisiones sectoriales / consejos de calidad.
- Completar solicitudes de modificación y apoyar estudios especiales de calidad.
- Crear y defender relaciones en múltiples funciones y regiones.
