Activities: Manage the planning and administration of test cars for all VWM projects.

Technical Knowledge:

- Analysis and optimization of the number of tests and tests for VWM projects.
- Administration of car configuration, e.g., version and technical changes.
- Ordering of cars (prototypes and pre-series) via Core and VTM systems.
- Follow-up of car construction (that everything is on time, when delivered, problems/failures, etc.).
- Delivery of cars to their destination and shipping (e.g., to Germany / USA by ship or plane or truck).
- Creation of work orders for delivery service Loan and test control of each car.
- Request and tracking for AKN's (Aktennotiz - Auto Birth Certificates) of test cars and/or their cancellation as according to the customer's requirements.
- System-wide management of cars in terms of fuel, parking, washing and repairs.
- Test planning including shipments and technical adjustments (e.g., SW upgrades for infotainment).
- Management service of the function cars, including the following: Periodic update of car usage in VTM system.
- Securing parking spaces for tests vehicles.
- Manage fuel sticker and/or fuel joker.
- Open and close logbooks for loaner cars.
- Manage the destruction of test cars at the end of their useful life.
- Clarification service of issues with review and/or charge to cost center: management of registration of cars in SASFI (Central Fleet Control System), evidence of destruction for Audits.

- German B1 or superior, must be evaluated by an interview
