**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
- Advanced English level (written and spoken).
- Experience in Lean Manufacturing, including time studies, process balancing, Yamazumi analysis, standard work, and Value Stream Mapping (VSM).
- Experience using AutoCAD or similar design/drawing tools.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure that the actual headcount aligns with the budgeted headcount.
- Implement process modifications in collaboration with EHS and GLE.
- Halt any activity or process that may put workers’ safety at risk.
- Modify layouts in partnership with EHS.
- Assess the feasibility and effectiveness of improvement projects.
- Monitor and follow up on the company’s Continuous Improvement Plan.
- Provide support in the implementation of process controls within manufacturing areas.
- Actively participate in the Quality Management System.
- Understand and comply with the quality requirements applicable to assigned processes.
- Develop, implement, and monitor activities related to the Continuous Improvement System.
- Ensure continuous improvement programs remain effective and sustainable.
- Lead, develop, and execute Kaizen projects in the laboratory.
- Comply with and enforce Quality requirements.
- Contribute to achieving the laboratory’s service level goals.
- Promote and foster continuous improvement practices.
- Perform process and system audits.
- Promote best practices in safety, health, and environmental protection.
- Ensure compliance with Supply Chain Security (SCS) requirements.

Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements.
