**Responsabilidades**:

- Interactuar con los clientes para proporcionar información sobre productos, recibir, pedidos u obtener detalles de las quejas.
- Cumplir con los pedidos recibidos por correo electrónico u otro intercambio electrónico de datos.
- Dar seguimiento a los problemas de los clientes para asegurar que se llevó a cabo la solución correcta.
- Proveerá de manera puntual y eficaz las fechas promesas para mantener actualizados a los clientes sobre sus

pedidos.
