**Accountant**

The person is required to immigrate to the USA (West Texas)

The career and professional certificate of Accountant is mandatory.

**-Where the role is located within the team, department and the entire**
**company** : At one of our store offices (Horseshoe Convenience Stores) We
are growing and need to add to our accounting team.

**-Under whose orders will be the role**: Under our current CFO and Controller.

**-Key areas of responsibility and expected results**:Reconciling the
daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly income/expense/ balance sheets.
Results being, less shrinkage, more efficient operations. We are growing
at a relatively fast pace and need to add accounting help to the team.

**-Social skills and personality traits needed to stand out** - Have to be
bilingual (spanish / english, can work well with others, outgoing,
friendly and positive).

**-Location and relocation requirements**:

- Initially we will have this
individual at one specific store but could forsee moving them as we
grow. Location would remain in the West Texas areas.

**-Margin of remuneration and benefits available**:

- starting annual salary
of $50,000 - 65,000 USD, health insurance benefits after first year of
employment, potential company cell phone, vehicle insurance and bonus
pay.

**-Culture and identity of the company -** We are a private investment
company that primarily owns and operates convenience stores / truck
stops, rv parks, short and long term rental properties.

**-Technical knowledge** - This person will work in QuickBooks, Dropbox and Microsoft Excel.

**-Daily activities** - income and expense entries, coordinating with the
office staff on operations, spreadsheets,time spent at the stores also
overseeing and accounting daily operations.

Salario: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 al mes
