**Responsibilities**:
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.
- Monitor the results of SCRAP. Create daily, weekly and monthly reports. Monitor the results of HEX Process Audits. Create weekly and monthly reports.
- Support quotes, issued of requisitions, and contact suppliers for corrections, change and/or improvements in charge of Quality HEX Department.
- Support Line Quality Engineer activities as part of their development plan as intern. Line Quality Engineer will assign projects according the acquire knowledge of quality intern.
- Monitor the Corrective Actions Status for Internal 8D & 4 Steps
- Follow up Customer Complaints and update them in IQOS (SAP). Follow up 8D’s with Customer Complaint Technicians.

- Outstanding skills within communication, coordination, organization, analysis and negotiation. ng.
