The objective of this position is to deliver the ProfitCoach Experience (customized solutions, ease of doing business, and extraordinary service) through accurate, timely and efficient client chart of accounts conversions.
Expectations will include:
- Achieving mastery of the NARPM chart of accounts
- Assuming full responsibility for preparing for client calls
- Assuming full responsibility for completing the initial conversion work (chart of accounts changes) for client conversions
- Assisting with maintaining KPI dashboards for clients, generated from their converted chart of accounts.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- While other responsibilities may be required within this scope of this position, here is a summary of internal and client tasks._
**Internal Tasks**
- Team meetings
- Skill development reading
- Daily task planning
- Task-by-task time tracking
- Determine and implement process improvements and new processes
- Clearly and effectively pass off defined tasks to other ProfitCoach accountants
**Client Tasks: Corporate Accounting**
- Conduct detailed review of financials
- Must have a firm grasp on bookkeeping procedures
- Determine and document needed accounting cleanup
- Miscellaneous bookkeeping tasks, payroll allocations, and reporting
**Client Tasks: Onboarding**
- Onboard the client, providing an easy experience through clear explanations and communication during the process
- Attend initial onboarding and ongoing client meetings to discuss accounting related questions
**Client Tasks: Conversions**
- Prepare for and participate in client meetings to discuss their chart of accounts conversion
- Thoroughly understand the NARPM Standard Chart of Accounts (accounting standards for the property management industry)
- Correctly map client GLs
- Troubleshoot problems with mínimal supervisor and/or client input
- Draft cleanup entries: revenue reclassifications, payroll reclassifications, general account reclassifications
**Client Tasks: Dashboard**
- Support monthly preparation of financial KPI dashboards and financial forecasts
- Provide ongoing financial KPI dashboard and forecast process maintenance
- Support onboarding of new clients
- Prepare accurate, timely data and have a knowledge of client dashboards and forecasts to equip team members in the ProfitCoach coaching department for their client coaching calls

Pay: $205.00 - $257.00 per hour
