**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Maintain and update employee records and attendance logs.
- Manage and organize timesheets, vacation requests, and leave balances.
- Support payroll processing by preparing and reviewing attendance and salary data.
- Assist with recruiting tasks including job postings, screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality of HR documentation and sensitive employee data.
- Help ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
- Prepare basic HR reports and summaries as needed.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum of **2 years of experience in an HR support or executive role**.
- Proficiency in **Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel** is required.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Familiarity with Mexican labor laws and payroll basics is a plus.
- **Fluent in both Spanish and English (spoken and written).**

**Employment Conditions**
- Full-time on-site role.
- Includes benefits as per Mexican labor law (IMSS, vacation, aguinaldo, etc.).

Pay: $14,000.00 - $18,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- HR operations, including payroll, recruitment coordination: 2 years (required)

- English (required)
