The Jr. Electrical Test Engineer oversees the test equipment used on production floor, is operating in optimal conditions to ensure the best quality product and the company’s goals. Keep indicators/metrics, or KPIs updated and on track.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**

Continuous improvement and automation for the test equipment
Keep the Maintenance test equipment KPIs under the company’s standard
Increases rates through test equipment improvement
Monitoring and preform instrument calibration
Manage the resources assigned for technical support on the production floor
Ensure the preform of preventive maintenance on time and quality
**Responsibilities for Integral management system**
To actively participate on Integral management system audits

**Formal Education & Certification**
BS in Mechatronic, Industrial, Electronic, Engineering, or related.
**Knowledge & Experience**
- + 1 year of experience as test or automation technician or engineer
- Test and automation equipment
- Technical English
- Proven work experience in test or automation areas
- Excellent technical skills
**Work Conditions**
- Physically able to participate in training sessions, presentations, and meetings.
