**Job Summary**:
This position is in charge of the lobby and is responsible for the attention of visitors. Provide a high level of service following the standards set by the company. Demonstrate great customer service and be able to provide information about the company.

**Key Duties and Responsibilities**:
Answering telephone calls, use of comutator.

Reception of packages, reception and shipment of packages, preparation of guides, etc.

Management of access to visitors, attention and orientation to them.

Attention in meetings of direction and management, assembly of coffee brakes.

stocktaking control of coffee brakes.

Unify the monthly stationery requirement of each area to request its purchase to the corresponding area.

Support in the creation and dissemination of internal communications for the personnel.

Creation of purchase orders for the Operations area.

Manage the activities of the messenger driver.

**Skills, experience and educational requirements**:
Experience and customer service

Advanced English B2 or C1

Proficient in MS Office and call center software/equipment programs
