We’re looking for a creative and technically strong AI developer to help us design and deploy smart AI agents and chatbots for internal use, clients, and small businesses.
Position Overview:
- As an AI Agentic Developer (Part-Time, Remote), you’ll work with our AI and automation team to:
- Build and deploy custom AI agents that automate workflows and client interactions.
- Develop chatbot systems using the latest LLM (Large Language Model) and automation frameworks.
- Integrate AI tools with CRMs, websites, or existing client processes.
- Collaborate on creating AI solutions for small businesses — from lead generation to customer support automation.
- Continuously improve our AI models, prompts, and automation flows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, test, and implement AI chat and agentic solutions using tools like OpenAI, LangChain, or similar frameworks.
- Design chatbots tailored for business needs (customer support, sales, HR, etc.).
- Automate repetitive client and internal processes using AI and workflow tools (e.g., Zapier, Make, or custom APIs).
- Collaborate with our AI and development team to brainstorm new agentic ideas.
- Document workflows, integrations, and results.
**Required Skills**:
- Hands-on experience with AI models (OpenAI GPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.).
- Familiarity with LangChain, Python, or similar frameworks for building AI agents.
- Experience integrating APIs and automation platforms.
- Strong problem-solving and creative thinking skills.
- Understanding of chatbot design and AI-driven business workflows.
- Excellent communication and remote collaboration skills.
Preferred (Nice to Have):
- Experience in business automation or workflow optimization.
- Knowledge of prompt engineering or multi-agent frameworks.
