The Warehouse Supervisor will supervise warehouse operations in accordance with plant policies and procedures. Ensure smooth operation during shift.

**Essential Job Functions**:

- Communicate and implement change as directed.
- Manage inventory accuracy through monitoring of daily warehouse activities, cycle counts, stocktakes, and audit of same to verify results.
- Provide leadership by establishing clear expectations and demonstrating high standards of work practices and safety-conscious behavior.
- Supervise staff, manage workload and provide effective guidance and direction.
- Communicate with other Shift Supervisors and Warehouse Managers.
- Ensure clean and safe work area.
- Complete shift paperwork.
- Other related duties as assigned.
- Review all Bill of Ladings and Stock Transfer Orders to verify complete and processed correctly.
- Review/process all Purchase orders and Return Authorization.
- Assess, notify and complete receipt of goods of all stock transfer orders that are in deficit or have a quantity adjustment.
- Process damage reports for warehouse and REPACK.
- Work with customer service and other members of the warehouse as necessary.
- Perform routine clerical duties.
- Follow the steps of all established procedures.
- Run daily reports.

**Position Requirements**:

- +6 years experience in Warehouse management in a Lead or Supervisor capacity.
- Knowledge of warehousing processes, procedures (i.e. shipping/receiving), and forklift certification.
- Able to communicate effectively. Reading, writing, and arithmetic skills are required. General knowledge of MS Office (i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word).
- Must be detail-oriented.
- Must be able to work evenings and/or weekends on a regular shift basis.
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
- Familiarity with SAP is a plus.

**Qualifications**:
Education

**Preferred**

Bachelors or better in Business Administration or related field.

Experience

**Required**

**6 years**: Experience in Warehouse management in a Lead or Supervisor capacity

**Preferred**

Familiarity with SAP is a plus.

Knowledge of warehousing processes, procedures (i.e. shipping/receiving), and forklift certification.
