AMSTAR DMC Importante Agencia de Viajes líder en el Mercado solicita INSIDE SALES que cumpla con el siguiente perfil: Objetivo: Impulsar un crecimiento sostenido de los ingresos mediante la promoción efectiva del valor diferencial de los servicios de Amstar, con una comunicación estratégica y persuasiva en los canales oficiales, del cierre exitoso de ventas, proporcionando un servicio excepcional de confianza y lealtad. **Responsabilidades**: - Contestar llamadas, correos de clientes B2B y B2C en tiempo y forma. - Realizar cotizaciones y cierres de servicios como son traslados y excursiones, mediante la realización del cobro correspondiente y sus respectivas reservas. - Cumplir con las metas de ventas establecidas y contribuir al desarrollo de una estrategia de ventas. - Procesar reembolsos de ventas offline y órdenes web México y los diferentes destinos. - Coordinar con el área contable el registro de las ventas. - Llevar un control de contactos, leads y efectuar su seguimiento. - Dar seguimiento a los correos de la cuenta general en ausencia del Booking assistant, de acuerdo con el rol establecido. - Realizar cambios y cancelaciones de órdenes existentes de Inside Sales y web orders de México y otros destinos. - Vender y agregar suplementos de órdenes existentes creadas por agentes de Inside Sales, en la página web para México y otros destinos. - Dar acompañamiento hasta la resolución de las solicitudes de los huéspedes que nos contactan por los diferentes medios oficiales. **Perfil**: - Experiência mínima de 2 año en posiciones similares - Preparación académica: Bachillerato, Técnica en Turismo. - Inglés conversacional escrito y hablado. - Disponibilidad de horario. - Ofrecemos prestaciones superiores a las de Ley, buen ambiente de trabajo. - Capacitación constante, seguro de vida. Salario $11,475.00 Brutos + Comisiones "Cuidamos de las personas para que puedan alcanzar su mejor versión."
