Machine Learning Engineer

**Job Title**: Machine Learning Engineer - Computer Vision and AI (Mid-Level)

**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, train, and deploy computer vision models (object detection & tracking).
- Preprocess and curate large-scale image and video datasets.
- Build ML pipelines with preprocessing, inference, and feedback loops.
- Fine-tune models using **PyTorch/TensorFlow** and evaluate using CV metrics.
- Collaborate with engineers and PMs to integrate ML models into production.
- Write clean, modular, and well-documented code.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s in CS, EE, Applied Math, or related field.
- 3+ years in ML/Computer Vision roles.
- Proven work with detection frameworks (YOLO, Faster R-CNN, SSD).
- Experience in tracking (Deep SORT, ByteTrack, Tracktor).
- Proficient in Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, OpenCV, scikit-learn.
- Hands-on with cloud ML platforms (AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, GCP).
- Git and collaborative workflows experience.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Edge deployment experience (IoT, robotics, mobile).
- Model compression (quantization, pruning).
- Real-time inference and optimization.
- Familiarity with **MLOps tools** (MLflow, DVC, CI/CD for ML).
