**Objetivo del puesto**

Brindar soporte técnico especializado en sistemas Linux alojados en cualquier sede de nuestro cliente. Garantizar la estabilidad del sistema y la disponibilidad de las aplicaciones mediante habilidades técnicas sólidas, asegurando altos níveles de disponibilidad conforme a procedimientos y documentación establecidos.

**Responsabilidades**
- Instalar y configurar sistemas operativos Linux y herramientas estándar de TI en nuevos servidores.
- Mantener los sistemas Linux actualizados, seguros y eficientes (hardware y software).
- Atender solicitudes de soporte generadas por equipos de TI extendidos.
- Investigar y resolver alertas generadas por sistemas de monitoreo.
- Participar en conferencias técnicas con equipos locales y remotos.
- Comunicarse de forma efectiva mediante herramientas como correo electrónico, MS Teams y teléfono móvil.
- Registrar y dar seguimiento a tickets de trabajo, asegurando su cumplimiento conforme a los SLA.
- Crear y actualizar documentación técnica, esquemas y procedimientos operativos.
- Utilizar herramientas y procesos establecidos (gestión de cambios, alertas de TI, etc.).
- Colaborar con equipos locales y globales de TI para soporte de sistemas SAP.

**Perfil Requerido**

**Formación y experiência**:

- Licenciatura en Ingeniería en Sistemas, Informática o afín (o experiência equivalente).
- Mínimo 3 años de experiência en roles similares.

**Conocimientos técnicos**:

- Administración, configuración y soporte de servidores Linux/Unix.
- Manejo de herramientas como:

- Logical Volume Management (LVM)
- RedHat Satellite
- Puppet (DevOps)
- Docker
- Red Hat OpenStack
- Scripting para automatización de procesos (deseable).
- Conocimientos básicos de redes: subnetting, VLAN tagging y routing.

**Habilidades**:

- Capacidad de análisis y resolución de problemas de forma ágil y eficiente.
- Actitud proactiva y orientación a resultados.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y trabajo en equipo, especialmente en entornos internacionales.
- Inglés avanzado (oral y escrito).
