We are looking for

**Process Engineer**

At our location in One Mobility in Comonfort, Guanajuato (México). - Fit Voltaira

**Requirements**:

- Education: Industrial, automotive or similar engineering.
- 2 years of experience in the Automotive industry.
- Advanced English
- Good knowledge of Automotive Engineering standards, processes, and requirements.

**Your tasks**:

- Define and standardize process parameters to ensure objectives and meet customer requirements.
- Develop production methods, design and propose more efficient manufacturing methods and processes, including optimization of workflows, cycle times, and resource utilization.
- Review, generate, and update standard operating documents (FMEA, process sheets, work instructions) and all engineering documentation related to the online process.
- Generate capacity and standardized work sheets.
- Perform line balancing according to customer requirements (takt time).
- Project management, coordinate process improvement projects from planning to implementation, ensuring that deadlines and budgets are met.
- Work within strict deadlines with full ownership of the individual assigned responsibility.
