**We offer**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Act as the primary point of contact for all CLM-related issues and support requests.
- Manage user roles, permissions, and data access in compliance/alignment with KION Group IT standards and data security governance.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues or improvements.
- Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement functional changes or enhancements.
- Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, IT, and the vendor support team.
- Create and maintain system documentation, including configuration changes and user guides.

Member of the Change Control Board.

**Tasks and Qualifications**:
**Required Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
- Understanding of contract lifecycle management processes along with compliance and regulatory frameworks related to contracts and procurement.
- Experience in a global team setting, adapting to diverse work styles and fast-paced corporate environment to drive international collaboration and project success.
- Proficient in system configuration, user management, and troubleshooting.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility when managing schedules, tasks, content, and requirements.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is required
