The Analyst, Buy&Pay is responsible for the purchase and supply of national and imported materials and services that support the operations of the plant. The goal of the Analyst, Buy&Pay to to do so at a competitive cost, while identifying opportunities that reduce cost and maximize operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the purchase of materials for the maintenance and production area, as well as all kinds of services of the Plant / Area assigned with national and international suppliers.
- Carry out competitive analyzes according to company standards.
- Analysis in the decision making of Repairs-or-Replacement new equipment.
- Provide information through standardized reports to the different departments.
- Resolve issues with delivery of materials and / or Services, sending reports of open and expired purchase orders to Suppliers.
- Create or update vendor information as it relates to payment (maintenance of applicable bank accounts)
- Responsible for monitoring the requirements of ASAT SOX
- Responsible for the implementation of administrative controls for the local purchasing area.
- Development of performance metrics for service monitoring and internal customer service.
- Review and resolution of Invoices with Problems for payment.
- Follow-up to claims for guarantees.
- Responsible for training new users of the system requisitions to payment (RTP)
- Keep the assigned BPA / CPA updated.
- Work with the toolroom team to ensure that spare parts are in stock on time and as needed.

Basic Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree
- At least one year of work experience in purchasing

Preferred Qualifications:

- Ability to communicate in English
- Knowledge of spare parts and machinery
