**Dentro de nuestra área comercial, nuestros rockstars del área de Hunting, serán fundamentales para dar atención a nuestros potenciales clientes a través de llamadas en frio y cerrarlos, por lo mismo deben ser personas organizadas, con habilidades en expresión oral y escrita, experiência en manejo de clientes y con deseo de ayudarnos a superar las expectativas de nuestros clientes; brindado un servicio profesional, oportuno y de calidad.**

**Esta posición requiere una constante orientación a la acción, al mismo tiempo que flexibilidad para resolver los problemas de los clientes sobre como optimizar la gestión de envíos. La comunicación principal con los clientes se da a través de llamadas telefónicas y correos electrónicos, utilizando variedad de herramientas para navegar a través de las cuentas de los clientes, así como para buscar / revisar políticas y brindar la mejor resolución en un ambiente divertido y de ritmo veloz.**

**Responsabilidades**:

- Adquisición de clientes a través de varios medios**

**-Proactividad en cierre de clientes**

**-Atender clientes Inbound**

**-Automatización y mejora de procesos**

**-Identificar y evaluar las necesidades de los clientes para lograr su cierre**

**-Crear relaciones sostenibles y confianza con las cuentas de clientes**

**mediante una comunicación honesta e interactiva**

**-Proporcionar información precisa, válida y completa usando los métodos y**

**herramientas correctos**

**-Atender las incidencias de clientes, ofrecer soluciones y alternativas**

**adecuadas dentro de los plazos, y realizar un seguimiento para garantizar la**

**resolución**

**-Llevar un registro de las interacciones con clientes, procesar cuentas de**

**clientes y archivar documentos**

**-Seguir procedimientos de comunicación, directrices y políticas**

**Habilidades técnicas**:
**- Conocimiento sobre Microsoft Office, importante Excel & Google sheets nível medio.**

**- Excelentes habilidades de escritura.**

**- Inglés nível medio**
