The Role

As a key member of the LATAM HR team, this individual will be responsible for the execution of HR administrative processes and support for the Human Resources team. In this role, the HR Coordinator will interact extensively with multi-site employees (LATAM) and managers and the broader Human Resources organization.

Your Impact

This individual will be responsible for all HR administrative related activities for the Americas region including:
- Administer/process all aspects of onboarding process.- Prepare offer, contracts and confirmation letters.- Conduct new hire orientation, hire set-up and exit processes with Facilities, Information Services, and Payroll.- Update employee´s information in HRIS system.- Process requests for employment verifications.- Facilitate the Global Purchase Requisition (GPR) process for HR-related expenses.- Process department invoices for payment.- Create and maintain personnel files.- Handle recruitment administration for staffing professional including interview scheduling.- Administer background checks.- Support LATAM HR Manager in any required activities.

What You'll Need
- Associates degree or equivalent required
- Minimum of 2 years of demonstrated HR administrative experience in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English required
- Demonstrated HR expertise prioritizing, multi-tasking, and performing assignments with mínimal supervision. Exceptional organizational skills. Strong bias for action
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook; Workday HRIS experience preferred
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate at all levels in the organization including Senior Management
- Demonstrated ability to exercise discretion, sound judgement, tact and diplomacy in all communications. Experience maintaining confidentiality of assignments due to the exposure to sensitive information and contacts
- Knowledge and experience with Argentina, Brazil and Colombia would be a nice to have
