Collections Specialist
- Mexico City - Insurgentes Sur

Hybrid (3 days office - 2 days home office)

We are currently seeking a Collections Specialist to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a Collections Specialist at ICON, you will play a pivotal role in managing accounts receivable, maintaining positive client relationships, and ensuring timely payment processing. Your contributions will directly impact our financial operations and aid our mission of advancing Innovative treatments and therapies.

What you will be doing:

- Managing and monitoring accounts receivable to ensure timely payment and resolution of outstanding balances.
- Performing reconciliations on customer accounts.
- Negotiating payment plans and settlements with clients as needed, while adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Collaborating with internal teams, including finance and customer service, to address client inquiries and resolve billing issues promptly.
- Documenting all collection activities and maintaining accurate records of client interactions and payment arrangements.

Your profile:

- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in collections, accounts receivable, or related financial roles.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
