**Objective of job**
- Coordinate of the construction, maintenance and repair of very complex operating material / prototypes

**Principle activities**
- Implement industrial safety requirements.
- Plan and optimize production processes.
- Check quality/schedule/expense in assigned area of responsibility; introduce appropriate actions as required; consult with supervisor as required.
- Provide advice in selecting individual components for manufacturing equipment/prototypes (e.g. electrical or pneumatic components, etc.), taking into account company standards and user-specific requirements; provide advice in designing single components
- Plan and conduct training courses; train production associates.
- Analyze defects and interruptions on equipment/prototypes with mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic or electrical components, using diagnostic systems as required
- Analyze and eliminate weak areas and cooperate in developing suggestions for eliminating problem areas
- Develop actions for maintenance and repair, as well as for adapting maintenance standards
- Plan and launch equipment/prototypes and adjust machine controls; e.g. electrical planning, SPS programming, control cabinet and PLC programming of very complex equipment including conduct test runs
- Coordinate the manufacture of difficult to manufacture equipment/prototypes with high precision according to stated work documents including necessary setup activities
- Conduct function tests and eliminate recognized defects
- Coordinate assembly of equipment/prototypes (e.g. tools, fixtures, lines, etc.) according to drawings, principle drawings, functional descriptions; check for feasibility, adjust and/or rework as required
- Coordinate difficult and high-value maintenance and repair activities on equipment according to existing maintenance plans
- Check production documentation of single components/prototypes for completeness (e.g. routings, drawings, principal drawings, function descriptions, repair orders, etc.)
- Create documentation, work instruction and users manuals.
- Professional instruction of employees within own area of responsibility

**Requirements**:

- Professional career:
Bachelor's Degree: Electronic Engineering, careers related
- Relevant experience:
Mechanical engineering
Technician/economist
Production equipment
Pneumatics / hydraulics
Machinery directive and CE
- Technical knowledge:
Electronic, electric and mechanical
Assembly electric
Electrical planning
Pneumatics / hydraulics
Programming SPS
PLC
- Languages: English Advanced
