**Position Summary**:
The Digital Content Creator is responsible for creating and delivering engaging and inspiring content across Viamericas’ range of digital channels. Ensuring our digital presence supports and enhances our business offering and delivers our messages effectively, the role will support the Digital Marketing Manager in shaping the digital content strategy. The Digital Content Creator will work across a range of projects in the organization and therefore effective working relationships will need to be formed with various internal teams and third-party suppliers. This role requires someone who is creative and can identify, create, manage, and deliver digital content using a range of techniques, across channels including websites, social media, and other internal communication platforms.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Lead on the day-to-day management of our digital channels, creating inspirational, informative, and engaging content.
- Develop creative ideas, suggest new innovative ways of delivering digital content and keep up to date with the latest digital marketing trends.
- Create graphics and edit photos, working closely with the graphic design team when necessary.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital channels/activities using tools like Google Analytics, feeding back the internal teams and using the data to inform future activities.
- Contribute to and work with other internal departments to develop, manage, and implement the digital side of integrated marketing campaigns.
- Train and share knowledge with internal teams wherever is possible to empower them to manage their own areas with ad-hoc support, by following the Viamericas brand guidelines.

**Qualifications**:

- Bi-Lingual English/Spanish
- Educated to degree level in Marketing or Communications, or significant experience of working in a digital marketing role.
- Energy, enthusiasm, and proven experience in producing digital content and digital best practice. (portfolio required)
- Strong creative skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Knowledge and experience of running digital marketing and social media campaigns across channels such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn, using tools like SocialGest /Hootsuite/Meta Business.
- Experience of photography and creating/editing images, using Creative Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop).
- Experience of video production, including filming, editing (preferably using Adobe Premiere or similar) and delivering via channels such as YouTube and other social networks.
- Experience with Google My Business, Google Analytics, SEO and SEM expected.
- Strong writing and proofreading skills are a must, impeccable spelling, grammar, punctuation.
- Creative critical thinker with excellent presentation skills, verbal and written communication skills, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly motivated team player with a strong desire for success

**Working Conditions**:

- This position is carried out in a normal office environment. It requires the use of office equipment like computers, telephones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines among others.
- At this time, the position is performed 100% remotely, with the possibility of going to the office when required.
