**Responsibilities**:
**Your Impact**

As a **AR Analyst Benelux **your responsibilities would consist of:

- To run, distribute and improve recurring dashboards and analytical reports for the OTC (Order to Cash) and PTP (Purchase to pay) process owners
- To support the OTC retained team with credit limit calculation, credit reports, and credit block releases,
- To monitor OTC and take actions for remediations with our outsourced shared service center and other departments outside Control
- To perform (regression) testing of system changes (SAP and others)
- To support ad-hoc projects and act as a backup for the OTC Process Manager
- Generate & distribute reporting: dashboards, bad debt reporting, monthly GR/IR reporting, etc.
- Improve and summarize reporting dashboards based on management feedback
- Prepare meetings with Sales and CS&L on A/R open items status and disputes, take minutes and follow-up on open actions
- Perform Balance Sheet Reviews
- Manage the digital billing process
- Back-up for Benelux D&A (Customer Discounts & Allowances) processes, accrual settings and controls
- Gather information for ad-hoc information requests from internal/external audits or any other ad-hoc inquiries from within BU (Control & other departments) or from Sector.
- Project member for ad-hoc projects, under supervision of OTC/PTP process owner
- Support PGCS Key controls for OTC and GRIR on a weekly/monthly basis

Qualifications:
**Who Are We Looking For?**

**Education**
- Preferably bachelor in Economics/Accounting, or at least 3 years of experience in Accounting and Control (especially in A/R), preferably in an international and complex environment

**Experience**
- Good interpersonal and communication skills : interacts fluently with other departments and with outsourced providers
- Ability to meet strict deadlines
- Fluent in Dutch and/or English (verbal and written)
- Autonomous, proactive, rigorous, organized
- Be a real team player with Can-do attitude / pro-active approach and fostering open communication
- Strong affinity with IT systems with Perfect knowledge of MS Excel/ MS PowerPoint
- Basic knowledge of SAP is a prerequisite
- Analytic Skills
- Must have strong communication skills (oral and written both in English and Spanish) and be able to interface with all levels of management
