Quality Manager

Job description:

- Developing and implementing quality control test
- Inspecting products at various stages and writing reports documenting production issues
- Creating and implementing quality policies and procedures
- Monitoring product quality and identifying areas the need improvement
- Ensuring that all products meet customer specifications
- Reviewing specifications for products and processes
- Inspecting final products to ensure they comply with legal standards
- Setting requirements for raw material from suppliers
- Supervising staff and monitoring production standards
- Examining the quality of raw materials that are used in production
- Monitoring and evaluating internal production processes

**Skills**:

- BS Engineer - master’s degree preference
- Bilingual professional (English - Spanish) with solid background in Metal-Mechanical
- Strong experience in Production, Engineering and Quality areas with LEAN manufacturing environment.
- Well-grounded in projects to improve key metrics: SAFETY-QUALITY-DELIVERY-COST
- LEAN Manufacturing certification
- CQE International Quality Engineer certification
- Six Sigma green belt certification - black belt preference
- Experience leading KAIZEN projects

Pay: $65,801.57 - $85,575.41 per month
