Currently we are looking for our next:
**SC Plng Sr Supervisor**

**Which is the main objective of this role?**

**Objective**: Facilitate the PMF Exports SC processes, from demand to order managemens. Responsible for ensuring alignment between Intl. import needs and PMF supply fulfilment for LatAm, Caribbean, and USA markets.For assigned countries.

**Purpose**: Be the facilitator for PMF Exports supporting export demand and deployment processes, thus providing a stable business platform for PI affiliates importing MX manufactured products.

**Product Category Scope**: Gamesa, Quaker, The Pearl Milling Co., Sabritas and condiments.

**Geographical Scope**: LatAm, The Caribbean, and the USA.

**What will you be doing?**

**Deliver Growth**
- Responsible for managing delivery against approved PMF capacity/volume, thus supporting import demand.
- Support import innovation agenda to achieve growth agenda.

**Create Productivity**
- Responsible for identifying or supporting cost savings or avoidance initiatives within the I/E processes.
- Ensures there is no additional cost incurred due to gaps in processes or service management. Lead productivity projects associated with exports/imports.

**Drive Future Success**
- Collaborate with the broader PMF and International teams supporting priorities for the export channel and its customers.
- Drive Change by challenging the status quo and finding new ways to make the exports processes Faster, Stronger, Better

Qualifications:
**Who are we looking for?**
- Thorough understanding of multiple supply chain disciplines, including forecast, production planning, operations management, and logistic.
- Exceptional communication and follow up skills.
- Basic Project management skills.
- Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated leadership and influence skills and be able to function effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Strong execution skills, results driven. Requires knowledge of organizational work processes, and how to get tasks accomplished across functional boundaries.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency with MS Office, SAP, Tableau
- Create and deliver business presentation, as needed.
- Influence others effectively, must be able to “influce others without authority.”.
- Bilingual, must be fluent in English and Spanish speak/write/read.
- Understand, respect, and promote varying unique cultural customs and business traditions.
- Be a back-fill to counterpart.
- BS degree in a Supply Chain related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years in Supply Chain related field.
- Must be willing and able to travel approximately 5% of the time.
- Could be base either Monterrey or Mexico City.
