A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing
**Detail oriented**: Ensures compliance with the production plan of the corresponding shift. Leads daily revision meetings per shift to review the team performance indicators (DDS1) and updates the indicators board of the corresponding platform.
**Organizational and Responsible**: Identifies key indicator trends and triggers communication up the chain as well as analysis to solve issues, Coordinates root cause analysis and implements the actions along with the resource and maintenance technician on shift and Reports work-related information from the personnel to the line leader (absences, conflicts, special needs).
**Strategy Mindset**: Responsible for monitoring the compliance with the operation, safety and quality standards also comply with everything related to quality and food safety policies and procedures.
We’re Looking for Someone With
Effective communication, initiative, committed, collaborative, focused on results and proactive
Office (Excel, word and Power Point).
Production process, indicators, decision making, tools for continuous improvement.
Manufacturing related bachelor's degree with certificate completed.
