The Business Senior Technology Lead Analyst is a senior-level position responsible for liaising between business users and technologists to exchange information in a concise, logical and understandable way in coordination with the Technology team. The overall objective of this role is to contribute to continuous iterative exploration and investigation of business performance and other measures to gain insight and drive business planning. **Responsibilities**: - Manage multiple teams of business analysts supporting Capital Markets systems, from a Business Office functional area perspective. Responsibilities include work allocation, budget and planning, performance evaluation, compensation, staffing and other duties to ensure smooth operation of Markets technology. - Provide technical leadership and expertise to ensure the efficient design, development and implementation and to ensure essential SDLC procedures are followed, as well as the compliance of Citi policies and regulations. - Advise Capital Markets business team on how best the technical strategy supports business objectives. - Develop strategy and guidelines for appropriate staffing requirements, exercising control over resources, budget management and planning and contributing to defining standards Teamwork required to achieve objectives and influence and negotiate with senior leaders across functions, communicating with external parties as needed. - Provide evaluative judgment based on analysis of information in complicated, unique and dynamic situations, drawing on diverse range of internal and external sources.**Qualifications**: - 10+ years of relevant experience in managing IT projects. Demonstrated leadership track record for achieving business objectives. - Consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication. Person will serve as the substantive analytical authority for analysis and to advise the Capital Markets business in how best to partner technology assets with business objectives. - Proven interpersonal skills with ability to partner and influence across organizational lines. - Exceptional relationship management skills; must be able to address and resolve conflict while maintaining relationships. - Proven ability of using complex analytical, interpretative and problem-solving techniques. - Experienced and comfortable interacting with senior Management (director or above), as the person will guide decisions by intelligence, policy, and business priorities. - Experience managing groups. Will also require to develop, implement and track performance metrics. - Experienced with Citi policies and regulations. **Education**: - Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience in IT, as position entails technical expertise in technology/software and corresponding infosec challenges. - Financial Sector experience a must (CFA/AMIB required), as decisions will be shaped by business rules (business analyst experience useful) and regulatory environment (for the latter, law background a plus). - Knowledge of SDLC frameworks desirable (ITIL, Scrum certifications useful). - Master's degree preferred in IT management or equivalent, as decisions will impact a portfolio of multimillion dollar investments. - Advanced English proficiency required, to communicate with global stakeholders (+96 TOEFL iBT or equivalent certification preferable; international working experience also preferable). - Proven Project Management record (+5 years) as position will encompass work allocation, timely and prudent goal achievements to ensure smooth and efficient IT operation (PMP Certification highly desirable). - Demonstrable process improvement track record, since the position requires, based on sophisticated analysis, systematic pursue of clearly defined goals to improve failed process and reduce technology risk (Six Sigma, PMP, PBA certifications a plus). - +4 years in Technology Risk Management experience (CISA, CRISC, CISM certifications a plus).
