**What we are looking for**:
Are you a driven leader looking for an exciting new challenge? We are currently seeking a Plant Manager to join our client's team As Plant Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating all local industrial activities and resources linked with the production, logistics, purchasing, quality, process engineering, safety, and maintenance for our manufacturing plant.

In this role, you will supervise all the manufacturing departments inside the local plants, keeping the organization aligned with the company's targets and objectives. You will plan and manage the entire manufacturing and supply chain organization for the plant, improving the local system through a complex chain split among suppliers and production.

**Responsibilities**:

- Establish and implement short-term and long-term organizational goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures.
- Monitor and evaluate the operational effectiveness and changes of effects necessary to improve the viability and quality of the products.
- Promote and drive continuous improvement, ensuring main indicators to be in line with procedures and targets defined with the region and the global manufacturing practices.
- Establish the preparation of annual budgets for resources, investments, and expenditures to be submitted to the general management according to the deadlines foreseen, and monitor budgeting and forecasting process and cost-effectiveness.

**Requirements**:

- Mechanical Engineering education is preferred.
- At least 5-7 years of experience in the same role, achieved in multinational companies of the automotive industry in Mexico.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Practical experience in WCM or Lean Manufacturing / TPM / Six Sigma, etc.
- Improving production and delivery processes, problem-solving skills.
- People Management and strong leadership capabilities with attention to people development and retention (turnover avoidance).
