Project Manager, Digital Analytics

**Position Overview**:
As a Project Manager on our **Global Commercial Analytics team**, you will be responsible for orchestrating the delivery of complex cloud and data solutions at scale. You will manage the entire project lifecycle, facilitate agile ceremonies, and ensure alignment across technical and business teams. This role is central to our data engineering and infrastructure efforts, coordinating work across a modern data stack that includes **Snowflake, dbt, Airflow, Python, and Kubernetes** to drive customer understanding and operational efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Agile Facilitation**: Facilitate agile ceremonies and stakeholder meetings, including daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, to ensure alignment and accountability.
- **Resource Management**: Manage resource allocation and workloads across multiple parallel workstreams, balancing priorities to ensure timely delivery.
- **Technical Coordination**: Coordinate data engineering and infrastructure efforts, working closely with technical leads to remove blockers and maintain project velocity.
- **Project Governance**: Maintain project transparency through structured documentation, RAID logs, sprint reporting, and executive updates.
- **Stakeholder Collaboration**: Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across geographies, fostering strong communication between engineering, product, and business teams.
- **Risk Management**: Identify risks and dependencies early and drive mitigation strategies to ensure project goals are met successfully.

**Required Qualifications**:

- **Experience**:3+ years** of experience in project or program management, ideally within data, analytics, or cloud engineering teams.
- **Educational Background**: A Bachelor’s degree in a technical, engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- **Technical Project Experience**: Practical experience managing projects with modern data stack components (**Snowflake, dbt, Airflow, cloud environments**).
- **Methodology**: Demonstrated success delivering complex, multi-team projects in **Agile** environments.
- **Tools**: Proficiency with project management tools such as **Jira** or **Confluence**.
- **Communication & Location**: Ability to facilitate meetings and communicate with stakeholders in **English** and work on-site at our office in **Mexico City**.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- **Certifications**: PMP, CSM, or SAFe certification.
- **Technical Background**: Hands-on experience in a data engineering or analytics engineering environment.
- **DevOps Knowledge**: Familiarity with CI/CD, data governance, and DevOps practices.
- **Consulting Experience**: Background in consulting or customer-facing delivery roles.
