Responsible to execute all activities of Manufacturing & Inventory, on time and with high quality; monitoring the behavior of activities on a daily, monthly, quarterly and yearly basis, coordinate all activities under team responsibility. Must have ability to analyze the information received and recorded and be able to work under pressure with precision, have an ability to work in extended times during the accounting closing process.
**Responsibilities**
- Create Lean Projects to make more efficient the activities transitioned
- Be back up of ISC Coordinator & cover absences ISC members of Ricoh
- Train all new hires of ISC Team of doing a double hat till complete Learning curve of new resources
- Attend External Audit request - Attend all Statistical interviews (Legal requirements) to Mexico
- OVH analysis queries by stakeholders (Reclassifications and policy parking)
- Request Folio Request Tax Destruction Notice PT CAPS and CEDIS
- Request Folio Request Notice of Destruction to taxes MP
- Inventory Disposal by Destruction
- EY and PWC Audit Destructions and Donations Report
- Weekly review of Disposals by Destruction
- Last Day to Register Woff Schedule
- Prior Donations and Disposals Report
- Final Donations and Destructions Report
- Last Day Reminder for Donations and Destructions
- Post cases in SAP System
- Cost Center Review Previous before supplies in Plant
- Cost Center Review Previous after provisions Plant
- Cost Center Review Final Plants
- Cost Center Review Plants Weekly
- P&L 2B for tax information
**Qualifications**
- High school diploma
(Accounting/administration)
- 3rd year of Audit & Accountant university as
minimums
- 2 Yeas of Accounting Experience
SAP Knowledge
**Preferred qualifications**
- Knowledge of Integrated Supply Chain
- Experience of 2 year as minimum in Accounting
or ISC activities
- People management
- Work under pressure & extended shift in
YEC/Quarterly/Monthly close
- No CAP
- No LE in last Session C
- Green Belt certified
- Analyst experience as minimum 2 years in ISC
