**JOB SUMMARY & ACCOUNTABILITIES**:

- Provide a safe working environment, adhering to Health, Safety and Environmental procedures and ensuring they are understood and practiced by the team at all times
- Plan, co-ordinate and monitor the receipt, storage and dispatch of goods
- Monitor and maintain stock accuracy by ensuring the physical stock is in line with the warehouse management system and ensure all stock movements are recorded to ensure accuracy
- Supervises distribution of raw materials to production lines.
- Responsible for managing, storing and labeling inventory put away into the warehouse
- Supervise and control order picking, material in, material out operations to ensure accuracy with minimum handling and stock damage.
- Manage the implementation of engineering changes, production plan fulfillment, production trails, model changes and NPI build ensuring robust product life cycles.
- Key member of organization & administration of annual physical inventory
- Control of warehouse equipment to ensure full operational capacity and achieve daily targets.
- Ensure that all relevant procedures and processes are followed and adhered to in line with Company’s procedures and requirements.
- Ensure security of warehouse environment and maintain access control, ensuring 5S housekeeping standards are maintained.

**QUALIF **ICATIONS**:
**Minimum Qualifications**:

- High School Diploma.
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in Logistics, distribution in a global manufacturing environment.
- Experience with MRP/ERP systems or other manufacturing/purchasing systems and Windows-based PC programs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Degree in Logistics Management, Purchasing/Operations Management, or Business a plus.
- APICS or CPM certification
- Bi-lingual
