**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
**Position Summary**:
Conduct analysis and recommendations for utilization in decision-making of pricing strategies and price actions, to improve margin, profitability and revenue growth.

**Essential Functions**:

- Administer pricing mailbox
- Administer and process pricing rebate claims
- Monitor Incomplete document log for pricing errors
- Research price discrepancy claims.
- Assist with pricing process improvements and efficiencies.
- Assist in price implementation and administration for price actions.
- Conduct review and analysis for price discrepancies; working with Customers and Account Managers to resolve discrepancies.
- Develop and maintain a strong working relationship with our Customers and the Account Managers to ensure deliveries are not jeopardized.
- Analyze cost structures and perform respective calculations and reports.
- Conduct impact analysis and price implementation/administration for Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and Aftermarket (AM) price actions.
- Establish quotes for all product line price requests.
- Coordination of Long-Term Agreements (LTA) and Customer Supply Agreements (CSA) for assigned OE customers including raw material and productivity adjustments and impact reporting.
- Support central pricing functions including accruals, price quote, price match, etc.

**Knowledge**:

- Strong working knowledge of competitive markets and pricing techniques.
- Intermediate knowledge of industry, products, AM and OEM markets.

**Experience**:

- 2-5 years of experience in a pricing related environment preferred.
- Manufacturing and or automotive experience preferred.
- Experience with global/international manufacturing a plus

**Skills**:

- Strong analytical skills.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Ability to negotiate with high-pressure individuals.
- Strong financial analysis and pricing skills.
- Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks while meeting aggressive deadlines with mínimal supervision.
- Highly motivated and a team player.

**Education / Requirements**:

- BA or BS degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration.
- SAP & Hana experience preferred
- Finance, or Accounting related experience preferred

**Position Requirements**:

- Assist with pricing process improvements and efficiencies.
- Analyze cost structures and perform respective calculations and reports.
- Support Price Match and central pricing functions
- Conduct impact analysis and price implementation/administration for price actions.
- Conduct review for price discrepancies and provide account managers with claim documentation to present to the customer.
