Your role at Clorox:
We are seeking a motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as an Accounts Payable Clerk. This exciting entry-level position offers a fantastic opportunity to begin a rewarding career in finance and grow within a multinational company.

You will have the chance to work alongside experienced professionals, gaining valuable knowledge and skills that will set you on a path for long-term success.

The person will support AP process for Travel&Expenses for several LATAM countries, and any corporate or local projects and initiatives.

In this role, you will:
- Participate in the effort to ensure expense related accounting activities are accurate.- Resolve issue escalations and partner with our outsourced provider and internal customers to continuously improve our processes.- Support the effort to ensure payments are timely, and maximize discount opportunities.

What we look for:
Experience Required:

- 1- 2 years Finance Experience.
- Fluid English
- Proficiency with Microsoft products (Outlook, Excel, Word, Access & Visio). Strong Spreadsheet skills are required. Knowledge of pivot tables, functions, etc.
- ERP experience desirable with SAP experience a plus.

Key Skills & Abilities:

- Strong analytical ability to understand and resolve complex issues.
- Ability to multi-task on a variety of continuous improvement projects; Able to work independently and in a team environment. Strong organizational skills and ability to set priorities to meet critical business needs.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Effectively articulate financial and accounting issues to team members, customers (internal and external) and management. Strong account reconciliation skills/experience

Academic background:

- BA/BS in business administration, accounting, finance or equivalent experience
