**Position Summary**:
Business partner performing financial analysis so that operations can make appropriate financial decisions, especially in regards to cost reduction, profitability and work closely with the General Manager in his/ her action to improve results.

**Essential Responsibilities**:
Business partner performing financial analysis so that operations can make appropriate financial decisions, especially in regards to cost reduction, profitability and work closely with the General Manager in his/ her action to improve results.

Report monthly, quarterly, annual financial results in the consolidation tool: HFM.

Prepare and report current forecast budget and processes in the consolidation tool: HFM.

Support Manufacturing transformation Plan and strategic investment campaign.

Propose improvements to systems, methodology, analysis, and ensure that they are continuously adapted to business requirements.

Ensure Fixed Assets and Revenue recognition cycle SOX compliance, support SOX audit, and ad hoc analysis.

Interface between Business Unit HQ and plant Factory

Help planning and allocation of production capacity (capex) and ensure optimum using.

Support the worldwide WCM initiative, promote and monitor action Plan, participate in workshops/ audits, quantify and monitor Savings.

Forecast and report charge flow developing a reliable cash flow projection process and a report mechanism.

Interact with other managers to provide consultative support to planning initiatives through financial and management information analyses, reports, and recommendations.

Respect and contribute to the fulfillment of environmental objectives.

Comply with the quality policy, personnel security, supply chain security and environmental, as well as the procedures, objectives and controls established for the integral management system (Quality, Personnel Security, supply chain security and Environmental).

**Position Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance or related fields

Strong analytical skills, pro active approach and goal oriented mind set, communicative, good presentation skills.

Proactive approach and goal oriented mindset. Precise. Fexibility. Stress resistant.
