We are currently seeking a Mulesoft Engineer/Support to join our team in Guadalajara, Jalisco (MX-JAL), Mexico (MX).

**Mulesoft Engineer/Support**

**As the API Integration AMS Support Analyst, you are responsible for**:

- Take ownership of reported issues through to resolution - including troubleshooting, internal communication, and providing feedback on a regular basis.
- To assist with other teams in troubleshooting integrations involving third-party APIs and implementation of other products.
- Position involves a role responsible for the support and administration of MuleSoft CloudHub Anypoint Platform.
- The administrator must possess a broad range of analytical/technical skills and Experience.
- Identify automation opportunities, reduce manual activities, document support activities, and partner with development team on project and enhancement work.
- Notify, escalate on support failure, manage incident and problem tickets.
- Support production implementations and post
- change validations.
- Excellent English oral and written communication skills.
- Willing to work on rotation based shift/weekend shift/on-call support.
- Adhere & Maintain Response and Resolution within SLA.

**Basic Qualifications**:

- **5+ years of hands-on software developments/support/maintenance experience in Integration, Java, Messaging( JMS ), Kafka, Web API - SOAP, REST and authentication methods such as OAuth and SAML.**:

- **3+ years of experience performing operations support for mission critical, high performance MuleSoft integrations, most preferably on MuleSoft CloudHub.**:

- Familiarity with Agile & DevOps (Azure and or any other).
- Working knowledge of CICD process using Azure Devops for deployment of Mulesoft APIs and awareness working with Azure Cloud ecosystem.
- Monitoring of APIs and Mule apps (both technology and process side, proactive monitoring).
- Experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform Components (Transformer, Message Enricher, Choice Router, Scatter Gather, Database, Connector, File Connector, HTTP Connector, Web Service Consumer, For Each, Batch Component, Active MQ & VM Queue).

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Hands-on knowledge of different data formats like (XML, JSON, Flat files etc.).
- Ability to debug using tools like SoapUI, Postman.
- Ensure quality, maintainability, reusability of automation and core components.
- Experience in hands-on maintenance and development of MuleSoft Integrations.
- Partner with Technology Information Security and Risk teams to implement solutions that adhere to security policies.
- Good to have - ELK, Kibana Dashboard Creation/Maintenance, Report Extraction.
- Create and maintain solution documentation.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or technical.

Optional - Good to have MCD-Level 1 or Developer Associate Certification.
