STUDIO COORDINATOR
**Título del puesto: Coordinador de estudio**
Reporta a: Manager / Propietario de Franquicia

**School of Rock** es la escuela original de música interactiva basada en la interpretación fundada en 1998 en **Filadelfia**.

Con más de **240 escuelas** y una marca sólida reconocida internacionalmente, **School of Rock** es el mayor proveedor de educación musical extraescolar.

Nuestra misión es ayudar a los niños a sacudir sus mundos.

El **Studio Coordinator** es el punto focal administrativo de la
Escuela de Rock con excelentes habilidades de servicio al cliente y la capacidad de hacer malabarismos con muchas tareas. Reportando al Manager, ayudan con el funcionamiento de la Escuela y crean una experiência increíble para todos los estudiantes, padres y posibles clientes.

**Deberes principales**:
Manejar la agenda de ocupación de salas de la escuela

Asistir al Manager con una amplia variedad de tareas según sea necesario

Programar y dirigir recorridos para futuros estudiantes y padres.

Saludar y cuidar a los estudiantes.

Manejar la apertura y el cierre de la escuela.

Contestar teléfonos y consultas de clientes; enseñar el programa de música.

Trabajar en proyectos especiales, preparar informes y otras tareas administrativas, incluida la facturación.
- Se adhiere al Código de Conducta de SOR, políticas de seguridad, incluyendo la política de Monitoreo y Supervisión._

**Habilidades y Requisitos**:
Dos años + trabajando en la función de Recepción y / o Servicio al Cliente

Alta atención en los detalles, multitarea, proactivo

Actitud acogedora y extrovertida es esencial en este cargo

Tener buena disposición para trabajar en equipo.

Si tienes interes en las artes y en la música y te gusta trabajar con jóvenes, este puesto es ideal para tí.
