- **For expansion to our business, we are looking for talent for the position PROJECT COORDINATOR**_
**Position Description**: Work under project management to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Oversee small parts of the larger project and are primarily responsible for administrative tasks.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum experience of 1 year in the area of Project Management.
- Previous experience in the Telecommunications market (Will be taken as a plus)
- Information management/reporting to external clients
- Have led a work team
- Consider itself as a multifunctional and proactive person
- Open to change and professional growth
- English written and verbal communication skills
- Interested in the Telecommunications and technology market
- Service orientation
- Highly organized
- Capacity to manage multiple projects/tasks simultaneously
- Strong communicator, with an ability to influence and persuade others
- Strong interpersonal skills to enable effective interaction with colleagues of varied backgrounds.
- Organized record keeping and other work habits.

**Responsibilities**:
- Ensure the project is progressing as it should be.
- Monitor progress.
- Coordinate meetings.
- Support project manager.
- Coordinate schedule.
- Reporting the current state of the project.
- High level of customer satisfaction by ensuring expectations are clearly communicated and managed.
- Assists in preparing project specifications, production of technical reports, and others.
- Assist in the preparation of proposals and tracks them.
- Prepares what is needed for purchases.
**Salary**: $20,000.00 - $25,000.00 per month
